Return Policy
Non-prescription glasses may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Glasses must be in sellable condition, with no scratches or visible wear. Frames with prescription lenses or those that have been adjusted to your face are ineligible for return.

Shipping
Non-prescription orders of in-stock frames are generally shipped out the same day that they're received and delivered within 3-4 days. Prescription orders and out-of-stock frames typically take 2-3 weeks to source, after which they'll be delivered within 3-4 days.
